Nice application ..

This is a Islamic game and English game and its really fun and educational and my favorite part about the game is the coins cause you can bye stuff.

My daughter loves this app which is why I paid for the subscription and let her use it. Well guess what I paid for the subscription only to find out that it doesn’t even work it just says pay again. What is this scam, when I tried to connect the developers they said will get back to you. When will you get beach to me when the subscription ends this is not the first time this happens if you going to do an app like this please make sure you fix the bugs and leave a content information for someone we can reach. If I can give less than zero I would.

I recently sent an email regarding the app crashing immediatly when trying to open it, and was asked to send photos and videos of the issue. After sending and updating the app, it still fails to open! My ipad has the latest update as well. I paid for two years and barely used it! Please take this matter seriously as I am considering legal action for this matter has taken way too long!

I signed up for the subscription and when it took my money it won’t let me sign in and use what I pay for. When I go to sign in it says I’ve exceeded the devices for the app even though it isn’t signed in anywhere. It doesn’t recognize my account yet is never late at taking my money. I canceled so fast!

Given that we are in USA and Canada, can you please devise a way to enable parents to lock English and French activities? I was talking to multiple.parents here were we noticed that our kids automatically go to the English content and ignore the Arabic. Which defeats the purpose. Thank you if you read this.

Got this for my 3.5 year old so he can learn Arabic instead of watching YouTube in English all the time. Great content and activities but I don’t understand why there is an English and French section that the child can switch to without a code. People who buy this app want it to teach their kids Arabic- have a separate app for other languages maybe? My child ended up doing English activities alllll the time so it was a waste of money… Until there is a change on this feature we won’t be using it unfortunately.

قبحكم الله اجعلوا التطبيق من الأساس مدفوع وليس بعد التسجيل وإدخال كل البيانات يا دجالين.

It seems like a great app, but you can’t do a single thing without paying. I’ve never seen an educational app do this. If you want to attract more subscribers, you need to allow one or two free videos to let us know what we’re getting into. It cost way too much to pay for something you don’t even know would be useful.

تطبيق فاشل تنزيله المجاني الباقي اشتراك ومبالغ فيه

This app takes you through the whole sign up process and then after you complete the whole thing, lo and behold you have no access to any games in the app without upgrading. What a waste of time. At least unlock a few from each category so we know what we’re paying for. I feel like I just wasted time and I’m so irritated by the fact that I took time to do all that and my child can’t even play a single game. The irritation has now led me to delete the app and leave a review for other parents to not have to go through that nonsense.

I’m more than willing to pay to subscribe, but there’s no way to try out the app’s features first to make sure it’s something I’d like. Or maybe there is and I can’t find it. All I saw were the padlock icons. Please over some free content or a 7 day trial.

Nothing is free. You have to enter your email to register to find that you cant play any game until you subscribe!

This app is supposed to be free when you download it and create a username it asks you if you want to have full access or limited access. I chose limited access to see what the content is about before purchasing anything and make sure it’s good for my kids. When you open it all the activities are locked! You can’t try anything. They should have said app for money from the beginning! Not deceive parents and give them the impression it’s free. I will delete the app.

برنامج في غاية الروعه ممتع ومفيد وجميل وأمن لأطفالنا شكرا لكم سهلتم لنا رعايتهم 🌹ارجوا الغاء تشغيل البرنامج في وضع قفل الشاشه والخلفيه لأنه يستهلك الكثير من البطاريه عند اغلاق الايباد🥲

Since I subscribed two weeks ago we were only able to use it three times. When you turn the app on, it freezes. I tried sending emails to get it fixed but I’m mot getting any replies. I really wish someone can help me fix it!

It’s absolutely useful absolutely beautiful,full of art and color but I have a problem in my kids IPad every time I want opening it’s taking a long time even if the WiFi works good??! And some time it’s not work at all !

لا باس به مقبود

تطبيق ليس مجاني كل لعبه اذا فتحت تفتحمرحله واحده والباقي يحتاج شراء لا تكتبو مجاني وتخدعو الناس

Why do we have to pay after a week, I really hate this app, it would help me to learn Arabic but it's not free

التطبيق لا يعمل معي جيدا IPhone X/11.3 أرجو حل المشكلة وارجوء النظر في رسوم الاشتراك لانها غالية

نعم محتوياته باللغة العربية، لكنه يعلم الثقافة الأمريكية والقيم الأمريكية وطريقة الحياة الأمريكية بموسيقى أمريكية وأسماء شخصيات أمريكية. في مسعاي لتربية أبنائي تربية سليمة، هذا التطبيق لا يساعدني بقدر ما هو عقبة في طريقي. أريد من ابني أن يشعر بالاعتزاز لانتمائه للبيئة العربية وللثقافة العربية الشرقية، بينما هذا التطبيق يربط كل ما هو جميل بأسماء أمريكية وموسيقى أمريكية ورسومات من البيئة الأمريكية. غير نافع.

رائع جدا

التطبيق راااائع جداً وعلى مستوى عالي جداً من الجودة! أحببت النشاطات البسيطة التفاعلية في القصص، التلوين والفيديو وكل شيء في هذا البرنامج رائع وقلما نجد شيئاً مماثلاً باللغة العربية يحاكي جيل اليوم! مع أنني لا أحبذ استخدام ابني ذو الثلاث سنوات ونصف للجوال والايباد، إلا أنني أجد نفسي مشدوهةً بهذا العالم الجميل ومجبرةً لأن أشارك ابني فيه لما يحويه من المتعة والفائدة والتعلم! شكراً لكم من الأعماق لهذا التطبيق.. ملاحظة بسيطة، أتمنى لو كان التطبيق يُشترى بدلاً من كونه اشتراكاً شهرياً او سنوياً!
